Approach B with elements of A

Buy in Budapest first โ€” using Otthon Start and the Toloka payout โ€” and design the apartment from day one for two people. Before the purchase completes, Gail improves the Bangkok situation incrementally (bigger unit or better lease terms). This gives us a permanent HQ with real infrastructure, asset value, and a space that's genuinely ours โ€” without the chaos of doing both at once.
