Budapest First
Secure the HQ, then sort Bangkok
Buy a Budapest apartment now using Otthon Start + Toloka payout. Design it for two. Bangkok becomes the satellite โ optimised after.
Option C
Parallel Build
Upgrade both cities simultaneously
New Bangkok lease + Budapest purchase at the same time. Maximum speed, maximum complexity, maximum financial exposure.

Our Choice
Approach B with elements of A
Buy in Budapest first โ using Otthon Start and the Toloka payout โ and design the apartment from day one for two people. Before the purchase completes, Gail improves the Bangkok situation incrementally (bigger unit or better lease terms). This gives us a permanent HQ with real infrastructure, asset value, and a space that's genuinely ours โ without the chaos of doing both at once.
